DIRECTIONS
Recommended use: Add one heaped scoop (approx. 45 grams) of Everyday Warrior Superfuel to a shaker or blender and add 350ml of water (more or less to suit preference) If using a blender, option to add fruit or veggies for added taste and nutrients, e.g. kale banana apple blueberries or spinach. For best results we suggest consuming Everyday Warrior with a healthy low sugar diet and regular physical activity
